Fine metallic outlines trap pools of vibrant, opaque enamel, forming intricate motifs of blooming flora and soaring avian figures set against a deeply saturated cobalt blue background.

1. Cloisonné Preservation: The enameled base is highly durable but sensitive to scratching. Dust exclusively with a dry, ultra-soft brush or microfiber cloth. Never use chemical solvents, which can dull the vibrant glass-like enamel.

2. Art Glass Clarification: The swirled glass shade has natural undulations due to the blowing process. When the bulb is cool, wipe the glass gently with a damp cloth. The trapped bubbles are internal and will not trap surface dust.

3. Hardware Maintenance: The antiqued brass neck and footed base are designed to look naturally aged. Do not use aggressive brass polish; simply buff lightly to remove fingerprints.
