Upon unboxing, the feathers will be compressed. Once assembled and placed, allow 48-72 hours for the plumage to naturally expand and regain its full, spherical volume.

[ FEATHER PURIFICATION ]

Never use water, damp cloths, or chemical sprays on the canopy. To remove accumulated dust, set a standard hair dryer to the LOWEST speed and STRICTLY COOL temperature setting. Gently blow the air through the feathers from a distance of 18 inches to refresh the volume and shed dust particles.

[ BULB THERMODYNAMICS ]

Because the canopy is made of highly insulating material, you must exclusively use cool-running LED bulbs. Never install traditional incandescent or halogen bulbs, as the trapped heat poses a severe fire hazard. We recommend a 2700K Warm White LED to maximize the golden glow against the brass stem.
